Since it is difficult to determine a short deadline for such projects – we charge you for each team player that is required on monthly basis. In both Fixed Scope and Evolving Scope – we let you know the milestones on which you have to make payment. In most general cases, these payment milestones are tightly aligned with the delivery milestones.
